Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
On average, Pallet deliveries are delivered within approximately 3-5 working days from when an order is placed.
Smaller deliveries that do not require a pallet service take on average, 3-5 working days from when an order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched by our team. You will receive a notification of the day your item will be delivered.
We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

- If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?
- Our haulage partner will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.
